This machine is designed for the sole purpose to core apples ranging from l0 to 105 mm in diameter. The frame and the feeder are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The rollers and fruit carrying plates are made of food-grade plastic. From the feeder, the apples are transferred to the main conveyor (fruit carrying plates). In the central section, the machine is equipped with an automatic orienting system, located underneath the fruit carrying plates, allowing automatic fruit alignment and centering of the product(accurate fruit grading is required). The apples are then cored by interchangeable coring tubes ranging from 20 to 25 mm in diameter, and are subsequently discharged in a uniform manner onto a small conveyor made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The machine features also include EC-compliant safety guards all made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with quickly releasable interlocked hinges for easy and safe maintenance. The machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system. The machine is equipped with: Pneumatic system for head coring; System for the ejection of the cores and their collection in the screw conveyor; Automatic orienting system; Indexer conveyor motion; Air tank; Plates made of plastic for hygienic and alimentary purposes.
