Çelikel engineers, who have been using dual stable knife technology since 2016, have interpreted Chopper again. The Chopper Forage Harvester Machine has been converted into a different form through the addition of a three-point linkage system.

The 21 swing-type shaper knife operates with centrifugal force and transfers plants on the ground to the dispatch pipe after chopping with great care.

The hydraulic lubrication and control system enables ease-of-use in Chopper, while the strong transmission contributes to fuel economy and promotes quality. Chopper’s height setting can be easily changed for rough terrain with a three-point hanger system.

Rotor system consisting of two different free-moving pieces manufactured from special steel keep the performance standard at the highest level.

To prevent feed plants to lose nutritional value, rotor rotation speed is decreased to prevent shredding top parts of the beets and high-quality silage is achieved. Rotor revolution speed can be decreased further with a separate pulley.

The free-moving rotor system, manufactured from special steel, is fitted to the three-point hanger system, as this system was found to be more suitable than a traction-type system in grass silage machines after R&D work was done in 2004.

The machine is equipped with an independent hydraulic system and funnel and hat systems are equipped with hydraulic controls. This hardware represents a large step forward in terms of facilitating reaping operation.
