Cabbage slicing machine
The industrial cabbage slicing machine CSM is constructed with a wide infeed gutter, which feeds the (decored) cabbage onto the special cutting disc.
On the disc the knives are mounted in such a way that a perfect cutting result can be obtained. The length of the cut can be influenced by adding cut interrupters (optional). Through a wide outfeed chute the cut product leaves the cabbage slicing machine. The cabbage slicing machine has a cutting diameter of 900 mm in combination with 12 knives and can process cabbages with a diameter of 330 mm without pre-cutting. The whole construction is easy to tilt making the machine and cutting disc simple to clean. The cut interupters are integrated in so-called blocks, which can be exchanged with other pre-cutting sizes. The machine as the disc is constructed in S/S.
